A very enjoyable trip to one ofthe most beautiful cities in Europe We had a very enjoyable stay at Residence Karlova, marred only by the lack of air conditioning or other means of cooling the apartment during the very unexpected and unseasonably warm weather in Prague during May 22-May 25, 2012. On those days, temperatures reached 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature in the apartment seemed to stay at a constant temperature of 25-26 degrees Celsius, according to the apartment thermostat. Aside from that, we had no complaints. The very welcoming, responsive, helpful Prague City Apartments staff made check-in very easy, holding our bags for us and transporting them from the office to the apartment when we arrived early. We also were given good suggestions for restaurants. We greatly appreciated the staff's assistance with transfers from the airport and to the train station, which proved to be convenient, on time, and priced exactly as stated. Fabulous apartments I was traveling with a group of 10 people, staying in 3 apartments. The support staff (office and cleaning) were superb, the location could not be better, the rooms were large, clean, bright, and well appointed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Prague (which hopefully will be soon).

The apartment was great, especially the location in the centre of the old town. The rooms are very good, generous and clean, but the way up to the 3d floor - without an elevator - was inconvenient, especally bringing up the luggage. We were missing a coffee-machine or at least a coffee-filter.
