Business trip Positive Could be improved: The process: it is not secure to write all my credit card information on a paper and not necessary as a pre-authorization is taken; it is never the case elsewhere (rental) so it should be possible also here; The cleanliness: see above. I lost the card and have been threatened to be charged for it, which I believe is unfair compared with the real cost of this card and the money I spent here; I could not enjoy the tv on monday evening as it was out out order. As a compensation I would enjoy a free late check out at 6 pm if possible :-) I should recommend your company and use your services for my next stay.

Mooi appartement gelgegen in het oude stadsgedeelte De beschrijving en foto's van residence Karolina zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Wij verbleven er 4 nachten en hadden daardoor recht op gratis transport van de luchthaven naar het appartement. Dit alles was keurig geregeld, de chauffeur stond ons op te wachten bij de uitgang. De receptie ( op 100m ) is 24u beschikbaar ( ook telefonisch ) en geen vraag is teveel. De residentie ligt op wandelafstand van het oude standsplein en de bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Voor je boodschappen is er een grotere supermakt op 5min van je deur. De hotelservice waaronder het schoonmaken van de kamers en de dagelijkse wissel van de handdoeken maken je verblijf extra aangenaam. Wij kunnen ierdereen residence Karolina zeker aanraden.
