New Year Trip We enjoyed this apartment - had all we required, was spacious, clean and quiet. the only criticism I can make is that notwithstanding the instructions left re the television we could not get it to work despite trying on a number of occasions. we were not there to spend time in front of the tv admittedly but it would have been good to see the news on the occasions we were in the apartment - we could not do this as it would not work for us. We would use the service again were we to return to Prague.

NY in Prague We really enjoyed our stay with Prague City Apartments. When we arrived to collect the keys, we had been upgraded to a large two bedroom apartment close to the main square. The apartment was clean, modern and very well set up (it had a full kitchen so we could have cooked if we had wanted to). Prague City Apartments even gave us a celebratory bottle of wine for NY. We would stay with Prague City Apartments again and would recommend this company to friends.

nice place but have encountered some problems nice place but we have encountered some problems: TV didn't work, baby bed was not available first night, we were blocked in the parking (lift for the car didn't work), technician worked in the appartement while we where inside. But staff was very kind and comprehensive.

Home away from home We were really happy with all the services and overall experience. The only negative was our uncomfortable mattress. The mattress needs to be changed.
