Somewhat dated Pictures don't really reflect reality as the apartment is quite dated. That said it was clean and the staff were easy to deal with. First night no hot water which was a pain (likewise none in the morning). It was resolved the following day but not what you would expect. I'm still waiting for the refund for the 1st night.

A relaxed vacation in lovely prague Friendly and very helpful staff support and service!!

Relocation stay Some cleanings were really precise. Towels changed, bedsheets changed, tea "refilled", dishes washed. However, once (after first weekend) I noticed only changed towels, dish was not cleaned, dishwasher detergent was not brought, neither tea. What I noticed were changed channels on the TV. It seemed like the person who was supposed to clean was just watching TV and that is really shame if customer can notice this.

Explore Prague from here The apartment is perfect for a bigger family or group of friends. All equipment is at hand for a pleasant stay, staff is flexible to arrange any extra needs in a swift manner. The interior is stylish and spacious. Will choose again when return to Prague!

Prague trip The place is spacious and right in the centre of the city. All staff was very helpful and friendly and responds very quickly. Only negative thing is that the windows are very thin and let in a lot of sound.
