Business Trip in Prague From the time of arrival until departure, the staff at PCA were excellent. Upon arrival in PRG our luggage was delayed in LHR. When we went to the office to check in at PCA, the staff handled all issues regarding our receiving our luggage and bringing it to the apartment which allowed us to stay on schedule w/ our meetings. The apartment next to the NAtional theater was well appointed, and the location is excellent. The daily cleaning was also an added bonus that we were unaware that PCA provided. Having stayed in prague many times over the last 5 years, I can say with full confidence that PCA is one of the best property management firms I have ever dealt with in Prague. I will continue to use PCA as my firms primary source of of accommodation in the Mother of Cities! BH - USA

Great month in Prague Would certainly recommend the company and this flat. It wasn't perfect -- some nights it was very noisy outside, being centrally located. But it was really good and surpassed our expectations. Overall very pleased
PositiveLocation very good. Flat exactly as shown on the internet. Staff very friendly and responsive. Brought us a second key. Helped with some printing. Received some parcels. Always fast and always friendly.
NegativeOne cleaner was terrible. After she had gone the flat smelled so badly we had to go out and buy cleaning materials. She must have used dirty water and dirty clothes. One of the quilts was very short. Shower drains sometimes smell badly

all in all the appartments are very comfortable! the only problem we had was that we could not find the mainoffice for half an hour, because it was written too small in the email we got from you, it should stand at the website! Thanks for the appartments
