Prague with friends The apartment is great and well located in the middle of the action. Since the apartment is located in a very busy street, for some people that have trouble getting sleep this could be a negative. Even with the windows closed in the upstairs bedroom you can hear the noises from the street. The AC is good to sleep but they do not provide cool air even with the thermostat at 21 C. The reception office is great, they are open 24/7 and they arranged round trip pick for the airport in a timely and professional manner. They also had our groceries ready when we arrived to the reception office. The Karlova 42 apartment is big and have a perfect accommodations for 2 adult couples as us. Things that you need to know: the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, the bathroom's ceiling is low, therefore if you are a tall person cannot take a shower standing. The bathroom tub does not have a curtain or door, therefore taking a shower is kind of a mission. Overall, the apartment is in great shape and condition, Very secure

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Town Prague City Apartments were extremely professional! They promptly answered all of my emails and calls. The driver that they arranged for us from the airport to the apartment was on time and did a great job! A representative was at the apartment to let us in and answer any questions that we had. The only complaint that I would have would be the lack of AC. It didn't work extremely well. Also, the rooms were noisy at night. This is probably the price to pay for the great location, though! You definitely could not open your windows to let in any cool air because of the street noise. However, the location could not be beat and all of our service from Prague City Apartments was great!

Girls few days away We all really enjoyed our stay in Prague The apartment was in an ideal situation within very easy walking distance of the sites The flat was very clean and it was great to get a daily maid service.We did have a problem with ourtaxi pickup to the airport but it was quickly sorted by the reception staff even although it was very early in the morning We would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends

Very nice stay in Prague Very nice apartment. In the middle of everything, still private and not to noisy at night. Big rooms, open space! Very good service from "Prague City Apartments". They answered right away and really tried to help us in every way! If would really recommend this apartment.

Summer 2016 We had asked for 2 additional children's beds but instead got the sofa bed in the living room. This made it difficult to put the children to bed in the evening and still use the living room. The mattress on the sofa bed was just a think layer of foam and not comfortable at all. The fruit teas and coffee was nice, and the wifi, washing machine and elevator was helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds in the bedroom quite comfortable. We will use Prague apartments again.
