Perfect spot The staff was wonderful, very attentive and responsive. The daily maid service and wifi were bonuses. Having a safe in the bedroom was also a nice feature. For improvements, having hotel-like slippers available for guests would add an extra touch plus keep the floors cleaner. Sound proofing the rooms on the street side would reduce the noise. The bathroom that is in the bedroom could also use a showerhead holder and shower curtain. All in all, it was a good stay for our family.

Perfectly located Excellent location. All important attractions within walking distance. Old town Square is just round the corner. Great choice of restaurants all within easy walking distance. But apartment is well insulated from the noise outside. Weather was unusually cold for Easter time. But returning to a warm clean apartment at the end of a long day was something we looked forward to. Support team was always very helpful. Only negatives - there were no great views from this apartment. Kitchen items eg cutlery crockery could be improved upon.

Family Trip We had a great vacation and all enjoyed staying at the apartment on Karlova. The location was fantastic and the apartment and layout, etc. was perfect. The staff at Prague City Apartments couldn't have been more helpful and just added to the overall enjoyment of our stay in Prague. THANK YOU! The Barlows.
