one only remark related to the cleanliness of the flat: there were some hair in the bathroom and the kitchen had a too strong smell of nauseating smell of detergent. for the rest, eveything perfect. regards

Great location with great views Overall the apartment was very clean in a great location with excellent views. The service staff were excellent and very accommodating to our needs. We were able to leave our bags in the Reception area after we had checked out to continue with sightseeing before our flight home! The only minor criticism was that the lounge furniture could be a little bit more comfortable to sit on. This did not detract us from a fantastic say at Residence Karolina! Thank you!

Lovely apartment in middle of old city I think it was the most perfect apartment I have ever ordered for any of my vacation abroad. I met my officer reception, she was so nice to me and helped me to organize a surprise in the apartment for my first year relationship with my boyfriend. My boyfriend was so excited that I gave him the best vacation ever ever... Thank you that you made our best vacation ever and be sure we will come back as soon as possible we can.

1 week stay in Prague The apartment was lovely. The location perfect and view beautiful. Very warm and comfortable . Really nice beds . Plenty of storage space . Great kitchen for cooking . Very close to old town square , palladium shopping centre , within 5 min walk of nearest tram stops . The TV service is not good for English speaking people but the reception staff were amazing and accomdadted us with English movies every night . If you have long hair bring your own hairdryer as the bathroom only has one of those old fashioned hotel ones were you must keep your finger on the button for it to work . Overall we were very happy and would stay here again. The staff are so great, so friendly and willing to help in anyway they can.

Perfect Apartment in Prague Super apartment. Great location. Fantastic and helpful staff. Well equipped. Extremely clean. Very quiet. Safe and relaxing. One suggestion for improvement is to have harder more supportive pillows.
