Birthday journey A small note: I was a little bit disappointed about the price of our last taxi. Why didn't you book an AAA-Taxi? The other taxis, you've booked for us, have been AAA-Taxis. We were very content with this Taxi-Group within our stay in Prague and they are cheaper. Surely, you wrote me a message about this. But I stayed in Prague without computer, so I couldn't read your message. Nevertheless we would book again a new trip to Prague with your organization, because we enjoyed our stay in Prague and our apartment in Residence Masna very much.

Great Apartment and Service We spent 8 great days in Prague in late October, 2015. We stayed in the Prague City Apartments's Brehova apartment in Josefov, right across the street from the Jewish Cemetery. There was no problems at all with the apartment during the entire time and we loved everything about our apartment, including the apartment itself, the amenities, the location, and the friendly and helpful front desk staff. Prague City Apartments is the best run apartment management operation we have used in our 20 years of renting apartments all over the world. That is saying a lot! Prague City Apartments informed us of a change in our apartment location (we requested an apartment higher up in the building initially) a few days before arrival. They graciously gave us a 10% discount for the last minute change. We were afraid noise may be a problem but the apartment's double windows pretty much blocked out most street noise, particularly in the bedroom, which is facing away from the street. Stayed with 2 other couples. All of us LOVED it! We rented this 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights, and were beyond pleased. All 3 couples have only positive reviews-the location, the apartment itself, and the front desk crew--they were SO considerate and patient. My husband and I stayed 2 additional nights, and they moved us to a studio apartment, which was ALSO wonderful. If we ever return to Prague (a girl can dream!), this will be our go to agency for a place to stay!

Residence Karolina - absolutely ideal. My wife and I stayed in Room 51 and we are so glad we did. The apartments are placed conveniently in the old town close to all the interesting places but in an uncrowded street. The apartment has been recently modernised and has all the facilities that anyone could reasonably want. Tea , coffee and other sundries generously supplied. Everything clean and well looked after. Schindler's Lift and security all worked well. The staff could not have been more helpful throughout our stay with advice, tram tickets , taxi bookings and spoke excellent English ( as usual putting the English to shame) I would strongly recommend the Karolina apartments to any visitor to Prague, a charming city.
