A lovely stay in a beautiful city One of the best apartment rentals we have ever stayed in the many countries we have visited. The management knows what it is doing, and the staff are well-trained, helpful and proactive in their service (something very rare these days)! Location of the apartment was really convenient - 3 minutes easy walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the National Theatre, 10 minutes to Charles. Bridge. We loved the wonderful powerful shower, heated bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. We highly commend Katarina, the Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge - she was very warm, friendly and helpful. Some suggestions to make it even better: 1) Light up the front of the apartments better - perhaps install a motion-sensor light just outside the main entrance. 2) Install a shelf for bath items in the shower cubicle - the little soap dish is inadequate. Karolina Apartments will definitely be our #1 choice for our next visit to Prague! Thanks for everything.

Lovely time in Prague Based on the pictures I knew that the apartment was going to be nice, but not having been to Prague I wasn't completely sure about the location. Both the apartment and location surpassed our expectations. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need for your stay in Prague including a full kitchen with all the necessary gadgets for cooking. The location was also great, within walking distance of all the sights, but out of the way enough to be quite. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Our stay with PCA in Old Town was perfect, I can't say enough good things. Everyone we spoke to was super helpful and seemed excited that we were there. Our apartment was in an amazing location, just around the corner from Old Town Square...which led to some noisy nights, but being from Chicago, it wasn't a big deal. Our living room light went out one night and was replaced within 12 hours. We had heard horror stories about the Czech taxis, so I'm happy to report that the pickup/drop off service booked through PCA was on time, friendly, and reliable....oh, and thank goodness they thought to put an umbrella in the unit! Otherwise a few days could have been a major bust. Thank you Prague City Apartments! We can't wait to stay with you again!

First time in Prague! We totally enjoyed our home away from home especially after along day of walking all over Prague! It had everything we needed. Kitchen is especially well conceived with the dishwasher, wash machine (a huge plus!)... Bed was very good and the bedroom in the back totally isolated us from any kind of street noise. Could make one small suggestion: to make travelers really feel welcome on arrival, especially after a long oversea flight, a nice bottle of mineral water with a couple of glasses would be a nice touch. It's just an idea but certainly not a deal breaker! Must add that we very much appreciated the arrival transfer, complimentary as we qualified...that's very nice! The concierge service was outstanding, Daniela came with us to the apartment to show it to us...very much appreciated. All in all a wonderful experience...we will be back but meanwhile will be happy to recommend your apartments and your services.
