Marshalls 23 - 27 Dec 2012 Dear Martin, I am in hotel operations myself and would like to congratulate you the running of a great operation. My wife managed our reservatuion process and she was impressed with the ease of communication. The gifts for the children and wine accompanied by your card was a very nice touch, which had more sincerity than most hotel welcome card and gifts. Thank you. The location is perfect for tourists wanting to have walking access to the city. Overall we were very happy with the product and services and I offer the below observations as constructive feedback, I think attention to these few things will greatly impact future guests overall impression and probably trip advisor comments. Housekeeping. The fridge had a very strong garlic smell. Lots of dust under the beds Kitchen utensils not properly cleaned prior to our arrival Engineering The staircase rail should be fixed. If someone puts their full weight to support themselves it will collapse. Some power sockets need properly fixing

Being in the habit of renting apartments when we travel we can say that the apartment 42 of the residence Karlova is high-quality; situated well, very appropriate(clean), big and functional with a magnificent view(sight). As for the services(performances) (kindness of the welcome(reception) and the coverage(care)) they really facilitate the stay. We shall return!

Two week stay in Prague We stayed at residence Karolina for about two weeks in December and it was a wonderful experience. The location is great- just a short walk from everything. The service- I cannot say enough positive things about the service. First, they are so quick to answer any emails concerning any needs or questions. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from them. Second, the cleaning service comes everyday, which is very nice. Two days of the week they do a thorough clean of the entire apartment and then all the other days they come by to tidy up the apartment and refresh the towels. We had a crazy sleep schedule during our stay in Prague, so they were quick to adjust their usual cleaning schedule and work with us to figure out the best time for them to come by. Very much appreciated! Also, any questions that we had about the area- they were so quick to answer and help out as much as possible. Excellent service, great apartment facility, perfect location- we will definitely use them again next time we
