Our Christmas stay at Residence Karolina was very pleasant. The building is unique and very beautiful. The security excellent. We received a first class welcome from your staff at Divadelni and everything was explained and shown to us. We appreciated all your help during booking too. The transfer from the airport is a brilliant idea and much appreciated; the taxi back too. The apartment was airy, warm, very comfortable and quiet and sufficiently equipped. Everything was excellent . . . . . The only missing magic was snow ! ! ! ! Wishing you all at Prague City Apartments a Prosperous and healthy 2013

Our birthday trip Our goal was to find a spacious, luxurious apartment in Prague in a great location to celebrate my father's birthday. While the location was great and the place was clean and bright, the apt itself did not live up to our expectations... The place is advertised as a 3-bd penthouse apt. In reality, it is a 2-bd apartment with an attic. The attic can hardly be considered a 'bedroom.' Essentially, the room is part of the living room. It has no doors. The ceiling is also incredibly low. Anyone taller than 5 ft cannot stand up straight. The attached bathroom has no doors as well. Whoever stays up in the attic will have no privacy. In addition, the amenities were not what we were expecting. Considering the amount of money we spent on the apt -- more than what we would normally pay for 2 rooms in a luxurious hotel in the US -- we would expect to see at least soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom and perhaps some coffee in the kitchen. Besides hand soap in the bathroom, there was nothing. In

the chistmas tree is a very good idea, very nice touch, as well as gifts for Christamas party. I would recommend Prague City apartments to a friend.

Christmas in Prague We really appreciate the christmas tree and the gifts. Perhaps it would be useful to have in the apartment some general information about the surroundings as location of tram station, shops,... Also directions (using public transportations) to go to the main points of interest would be nice to have.
