Prague trip We had a great stay in Karlova Residence. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Christmas markets, astronomical clock, plenty of restaurants and bars, plenty of stores, and also close to the subway, which can take you anywhere in prague. The staff at PCA is extremely helpful, and their help desk is the 24/7 to answer any questions you may have or to call you a cab. Because of the proximity to the bars the street was slightly noisy at night, but not bad at all. I was never woken up due to noise, but sometimes when I was up late watching tv I could hear the noise. Overall, I highly recommend Prague City Apartments, great value and extremely helpful!

Great apartment, much higher standard compared to others we have rented, good service. Only things that would have made it better would have been if the 2 apartments we rented were nearer to each other as it was a nuisance to go between them. Also, 2 keycards per apartment are needed, though an extra key was provided when we asked for it. Thanks for a lovely stay,

Great service and location I rented two apartments for one week, and ended up extending for a whole month. The apartments are amazingly nice, high ceiling, perfect location. The service is absolutely excellent: we would order the grocery shopping via email and it would be in the house. We needed more space to hang the clothes and they bought ikea racks for us. I needed help, and the front desk was always available, nice, friendly and efficient. I asked for additional cleaning in the kitchen, and the cleaning lady came every day and did a very nice job. The team is also extremely honest, I had forgotten something valuable to me and it was hidden in the safe. I realized a week late that I was missing it and the staff did their best to dig it out from its hiding spot while respecting the privacy of the new guests, and returned it safely to me. I truly recommend the apartments and the great staff and will be back soon. The gym at the intercontinental is also very close by.

Weekend in Prague Excellent choise for a weekend in Prague, great location near Old Town Square. The apartments are beautiful fully equipped and the staff is very kind. I would absolutely recommed to book with PCA.

Business trip I am a regular customer of the PCA. Use them in my trips to Prague. I am very happy custome. What I would like though would be to have more benefits and rewards for recurrig users.
