Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. You have to enjoy a cultural happening while visiting Prague. The choice and quality is amazing. I will be back!

The front desk staff was very helpful, especially printing out my boarding pass, dealing with an unreliable tour operator, arranging a driver for my return to the airport, and having the apartment manager show me how to open the apartment door when I first arrived. The apartment itself was perfectly located and I enjoyed the restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood. The only down-side was the disco next door which attracted a rather large and extremely loud group of revelers who partied every night til nearly 5 am. I finally had to close the balcony doors and turn on the fan to get any sleep. Having access to the computer on the 6th floor was wonderful since the apartment's wi-fi never worked. The TV was impossible to figure out and I finally gave up. If there is any way to offer larger bars of soap, I know it would be appreciated. It's hard to bathe with such a tiny scrap. Overall though, my stay at Prague Apartments was a positive experience and I would recommend it to my friends. Tha

Would have been perfect, except for the cigarette smoke. Great apartment, great location, very good customer service. The apartment had everything that was needed and was very functional. The one complaint is that the apartment is advertised as non-smoking and we chose Residence Karolina for that reason. We were very disappointed to be given an apartment that smelled like cigarette smoke for our entire visit. Further, no rebate or compensation was offered to apologize for this problem. Except for the cigarette smoke, everything was very good. I would consider staying in a Prague City Apartment as long as there was a guarantee that it would be non-smoking. Maybe a further check of each apartment to notice smoking would help maintain the non-smoking environment.

We were 4 people traveling together and rented two apartments at the Karolina location. We were met at the airport and driven directly to your office and then to the apartment. We absolutely loved it. The location is great with many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments were very clean and we loved the free wi fi. I could recommend possibly replacing the couches in the near future but that would be the one and only thing I would change. Thank you Prague City Apartments for making our first trip to Prague perfect. We will be back!!!!!
