week with friends We had a nice stay with our friends in Residence Rybna. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. But we had some issues we'd like to point out for future customers. The apartment we lived in had two bedrooms, but it's not like having two separate bedrooms but the two rooms have a doorway between them without the door. So the rooms are connected and actually I would consider them as one space since there's no way to separate them. So this would maybe be perfect to a family where the parents need to check on their children reqularly but for two couples or one couple and two friends this cannot be considered having any privacy. The cleaning worked nicely except they didn't change our towels on last day, even though we had placed the towels to the floor. We had to call twice to get the towels. Also the vacuuming wasn't included to the cleaning. As a scandinavian people we're also accustomed to two blankets with sheets. These rooms contained double beds with one blanket and one sheet. Beyond our expectations This was the most enjoyable stay I have ever had while traveling. They were in an amazing location, huge spacious apartment with everything they advertised being available and in perfect condition. They were so outstanding that even when we locked our keys in the Apartment at 4am, we called their 24 hour number and a representative was at our door in 10 minutes to let us back in. Amazing service, amazing location, unbelievable price. I rarely leave reviews unless the place impresses me, and they were beyond what I expected. I would recommend to anyone.

perfect vacation the service from Prague City Apartments was exceptional. Desk staff, room service, maids were so helpful and always pleasant. Any request was dealt with promptly and affably.

family vacation The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was big and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We stayed with our 4 children and there was room for everyone. The apartment was cleaned every day. We were offered to have groceries that waited for us in the apartment. The company arranged transportation from the airport. Everything was great. We will sure come again. Very recommended.
