Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

Perfect apartment! Couldn't have asked for a better place than rybna residence! The location is the BEST - steps away from old town square yet on a quiet street. The apartment was immaculate, with easy check in/out, the staff were great during check in time. We used the airport transfer through the apartment company and was so convenient, door to door service. Our first night the closet shelving that had the safe box collapsed and the safe locked by itself with our stuff inside and without a code, Kuba, our kind staff member at the reception office offered to come over and open the safe for us! What service! There are shopping malls and restaurants and supermarkets all around walking distance for your convenience. If you run into any problems, the reception staff are there for you 24/7! We felt at ease knowing that. You won't regret booking residence rybna, in fact you will be missing out if you don't!

Family Holiday with baby We booked Residence Karolina but were informed when I called to confirm our reservation that we were moved to Residence Brehova the day before I arrived in Prague. The transfer took a slightly longer time as the driver drove us to the wrong apartment even though the I was told that he has been informed of the change. The location cannot be faulted and they gave us a two room apartment even though we booked for a one room apartment. The baby cot was good and there was even a baby towel. The apartment was well furnished with a kitchenette, dryer and washer. Some parts of the apartment would probably need to be worked on. The spa tub was old and dirty. The water temperature in the main bathroom with the spa tub took a long time to be hot and was not very hot. We could feel the spring of the mattress we slept on in one of the bedrooms. We informed the reception and asked for a change of mattress but nothing was done. We stayed for three nights and the lady who came to do our beds did not replenish the sh

all was great as I have mentioned above, we only have a problem with wifi connection but you solved it really quickly. I have some suggestion for the bathroom - put a curtain in the window next to de WC - put a trade or something similar in the shower, it would be usefull to put there sahmpoos, shower gel..... - one more socket apart from the one in which you splug in the hair dryer.
