Great dealing with Prague City Apartments We rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Prague City Apartments Karlova for a week. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished and in a fantastic, central location. All of our dealings with Prague City Apartments were excellent. They communicated clearly in our email exchanges before we arrived. They arranged our transfer from the train station which I would recommend as you need to go their office first and then to the apartment. They also organised a number of other transfers for us all of which were very good. They were very quick at responding to any queries or requests that we had. For example, when I locked our things in the safe without resetting the code properly, they sent someone over within 15 minutes to open the safe and check that I could lock it properly. If you are coming to Prague and looking for an apartment, I highly recommend that you contact Prague City Apartments.

Our first trip to Prague! Overall it was a terrific stay. The elevator was great as we were on the fourth floor so getting our luggage up was easy. The security of the building was really nice, you need a key card to get into the front and inside doors of the building. The cleaning team was great, it was amazing to have a clean apartment everyday. The staff was very helpful in arranging airport transfers and answering questions like "Where should we mail packages?". The location is unbeatable, everything is a 10 minute walk and the trams and subway are only a 5 minute walk away. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Prague!

4 ladies travelling together Our stay in Prague was wonderful. The apartment located at the Old Town, between the Clock Tower and Charles Bridge was perfect. Unfortunately, the last day elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs.

Holiday in beautiful Prague This apartment suited our requirements perfectly, we were able to eat in one night, go to the theatre another night and eat out the next night all within easy walking distance. The check-in staff were very helpful and when we had problems with the television, a technician was there to solve the problem within 20 minutes. Overall a very enjoyable stay in Prague.

PositiveOur apartment was in the perfect location, in the old town and walking distance from all major attractions, theatres and restaurants. The apratment had great facilities and was very secure. The lift made getting our heavy luggage in and out very easy.
