Very good experience in Praque This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, everything is in the near, they have every thing you need. And also they have very good service. I will definitely recommend this apartment. The only negative thing is the tube sewer was a little bit clogged.

Prague is truely a beautiful city! We had a wonderful stay in Karlova apartment 41. It was a perfect location. Close to some great restaurants and some of the main attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff at the office was wonderful to work with. If there was a problem or question, it was usually dealt with that day. If I emailed them, I heard back from them within 10 to 15 minutes. Always very pleasnt and very helpful. I would suggest however that when they take you to the apartment that they give you instructions on how to use the stove, the heat and the wash machine. There are directions there but they are a little difficult to follow. Luckily we never had to use the heat because we could never figure it out. Someone was suppose to come but never showed up. The only negative thing I would say about the apartment was that it wasn't as new looking as the pictures portrayed it and the street it was on was very noisy at night.

A beautiful stay in Prague We had a great stay here. Fantastic location - close to everything. Clean, light, lovely apartment and the terrace had a view of the castle in the background and we could see the clock from the kitchen window. The staff were excellent - couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall our experience was satisfactory. However, the apartment itself was not as lovely as the photographs suggested. Also, future visitors should be advised that the courtyard is treacherous, with uneven stones - very tricky to navigate at night. It is also strewn with cigarette butts. The toilet tissue dispensers in two of the bathrooms were broken. We had five in our party, and although the pull-out bed was made up, there were only four bath towels supplied. We did, however, have three bath mats, which seemed superfluous. It would have been nice to have had paper cups in the bathrooms, which were downstairs from the kitchen/living area. Another suggestion would be to have some way to contact the office from the apartment. Even though the office was supposed to be open 24/7, one had to make the 5 minute walk to the office (and not get lost!) in order to talk to someone if there was an issue or emergency. Our biggest disappointment was that the apartment was advertised as having a washer and dryer.

Good location in old city We enjoyed our stay at Karlova 42 which has a superb location just minutes from the Karlov Most and the old town square. The apartment was clean, the beds were nice, the kitchen very practical for snacks and breakfast. Kitchen would not be too useful for a full cooking of meals. Disappointed in the fact that 2 baths do not include 2 toilets. We live and learn. We would recommend Prague City Apts at this location.
