A Grand Apartment. The Room number 12 in the Karolina Apartments near the National theater, but tucked back away from the busy streets, was magnificent. The over 12 foot ceilings, large bathroom and kitchen and livng room areas were exactly what we wanted in a stay in beautiful Prague. It was not far from the river and just steps from the famous #22 Tram that takes you everywhere. The people who worked in the front office, and the staff that backed them up, were friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. Coffee and a Pilsner Urquell were available anytime I wanted to walk down and ask a question. All questions were answered correctly and quickly. What a wonderful group. The apartment had a fine washer/dryer, and excellent dishwasher, microwave and range. We ate most breakfasts in and occasionally made dinner too. It was just a comfortable elegant home away from home. The arranged taxis were efficient, inexpensive, and very helpful. We had too many bags and EVERYONE helped. It is a great place to stay f

Great location with easy walk to center I recommend these apartments for the following reasons: the service was very good, from picking us up at the train station to taking us to the apartment and walking us through everything, to promptly answering any questions we had during our stay to delivering express mail that came to us; the location was good, a short walk to old town center; the apartment was clean with a good bed; and we had a wonderful view from our balcony of Prague rooftops with the castle on the hill. We will definitely book through this agency when we come to Prague again.

Prague- a picturesque city We had a great stay at the Rybna Apartment - Red Horse. The location can't be beat and it was a very easy check-in. Very helpful staff and very accommodating on setting up car services. The apartment was clean and everything worked. Daily maid service was a bonus too. The wifi was had some issues and it could be made stronger as we had some issues in the apartment. Nothing major, but sometimes annoying. Also, it would be helpful to place in the description of the apartment building that it is a walk-up building with no elevator. This would help anyone who has trouble walking or climbing stairs. Overall we had an great stay and will highly recommend this to any friends looking to stay in Prague. regards - Nick
