Wonderful stay at Prague city appartment My wife nad I stayed at the Karolina for 3 days in July. The appartment is beautiful, spacious , very clean and very well located. We did travel a lot over the last 10 years and this is one of the best place we have stayed. I strongly recommend and would return any time.

I am Fully Satisfied First of all, I would like to note that the male staff who was at the reception desk around 9:00 pm ~ 10:00 pm, 15/07/15 was so kind, and he is just the best hotel staff I've ever met. It is extremely unfortunate that I cannot remember his name. Please find him and give a big compliment! The Residence Karolina is located very close to Narodni Divadlo where I could take many trams to famous places such as Prague Castle and Hlavni Nadrazi. I could access the Old Town Square by foot in a few minutes as well. In addition, there are some supermarkets nearby opening until 1:00 am. The room was very clean and spacious. I have nothing to complain and would like to highly recommend staying in the Residence Karolina.

In heart of prague The flat is in a very good location. All attractions are close and you can reach all jst few steps from home. Very nice romantic restaurants are jut few meters from the house. The staff is very friendly and helpul. I visit this spot second time and was little bit "shocked". Many things are broken (board in kitchen, board in bathroom, shower. Also many dust on floor (looks like that they never use water for cleaning the floor - my socks are so dirty at evening). So, maybe next time I need first do my own cleaning.... Next negative is that there are no air condition. Visitors who are trael to prague must know that in summer sometimes is really hot. And than its not possible to be in that flat. When all windows are closed its very quite and thats wonderful, but when you need some fresh air than its sometimes horrible, especially at the day, because prague police allways use horn... The location was great for us; we walked everywhere ! The apartment was very large which was great for my husband, 21 year old son, a friend of my sons and me. Our room was on the second floor near the corner so I found it a little noisy when the windows were open. If I hD planned early enough I would hVe stayed at the companies other property which has air conditioning and is on a quiet street. If street noise does not bother you the apartment is perfect!
