Wonderful location and apartment .staff always helpful , problems dealt with promptly We loved our stay with you . All of the reception staff were excellent . During the booking phase ( while in Australia) I dealt with Tatiana , Katrina and Jakob. It was a treat for me to meet them. I attended the International Midwives Conference and told and showed my friends our gorgeous apartment. Thank you all for making our stay so easy. I will also make sure I tell my travel agent in Australia( though don't think you need more business!) If you decide to expand to Australia , please include me in the business proposal Kind regards Elizabeth and Owen Thomas

The staff, location and building were superb. Our only complaint is that the sofa bed was not very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great location, apartment, and staff The apartment was very nice, the price was good, and the location was great--near the Old Town Square and Josefov. Like other apartments we stayed there is no front desk on the site. You have to check in at a business office. But we were able to access the staff via email and they were very responsive and helpful. They arranged our pickup at the train station and our taxi to the airport. We were very happy with out stay.

My first visit to Prague I would definitely return to Prague City Apartments and recommend them to my friends and family. A couple of "even better if. . ." ideas are: (1) Sort out transportation arrangements with the drivers before the guests arrive (as there were transportation issues with other guests in our group, too) and, (2) provide simplified instructions for the clothes washer/dryer. (I had to read and reread pages of information to get my clothes successfully washed and dried. . . and I have two engineering degrees!) Last but not least, thank you for an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe stay in your beautiful city. Prague is an amazing treasure and I am truly grateful to have been welcomed as a guest there.

NegativeAir cooling unit in bedroom did not seem to work; there was confusion over the "complimentary" airport transportation whereby I was asked by front office staff to pay for it upon my arrival and then later told it would be credited back to me on my bill.
