Another Great Stay This was our second stay at the Karolina and again it fully met our expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well as helpful. The location is very central and close to all of Prague's greatest sights, restaurants, cultural events and transportation. The apartments are updated, modern and very spacious. The kitchens are well equipped and the addition of a Nespresso machine made our breakfasts that much better! While in Prague, this is a great place to stay and I've recommended to many over the years.

Outstanding accommodation, location and service My wife and I now generally prefer apartments to hotels on when travelling - based on our recent experience would rank Prague City Apartments as a leading accommodation provider. We found on-line booking service is very prompt, responsive and user-friendly. Our travel involved 22 hours by plane and an exhausting 9 hour train trip from Frankfurt. We therefore really appreciated the offer of a free taxi from the rail station and being met at the apartment by a very friendly and helpful PCA representative (Marcella) - who also provided great advice about shopping and restaurants.. The apartment was of exceptional standard, a charming older-style building, spacious, clean, quiet, great amenities and very well-located in the Jewish Quarter. Prague Castle, Old Town Square and many other attractions are all in easy walking distance. Daily cleaning and linen changes are included in the fee which is excellent value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending both Prague City Apartments and Residence Breh

Perfect place for a family This is one of our favorite apartments ever. We found it more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Double windows make it peaceful and quiet inside even though the apartment we stayed in is on the first floor facing the street. Very convenient to have the reception area right next door. Thoughtful management provides a welcome pamphlet which contains helpful and valuable information ( thus eliminating the need to constantly ask questions to the staff). Only place we've stayed in which even provides the instruction manual for the washing machine - very practical! Close to shops, supermarket, places to buy food (including a dessert place in Narodni St. which name I forget - it's below a wedding shop- that has absolutely delicious cakes!) and a yoga studio. The airport transfer booked for us was reasonably priced. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Perfect location We rented two Karlova apartments. Both were spacious, reasonably equipped and a little dated, but that is not why you are visiting Prague. The balcony of one of the apartments was amazing for appetizers and wine in the evening. Stunning views. The key card secure entrance to Karlova opens right into the heart of Old Town and higher end shopping. Close to the St. Charles bridge, the Astronomical clock and a nice little bakery right next to the entrance. Also, there is a nice little shopette with wine, drinks, basic essentials if you turn right as you leave the building and turn right again at the next street. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies working in the office. Very, very cordial and helpful. The check-in office is difficult to find, if you are new to Prague. A GPS will get you there just fine. A bigger or brighter Prague City Apartment sign on the building would be helpful. I highly recommend the Karlova Apartments. Dekuji! /Jim
