Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

For two weeks we made Masna 5 our home.The apartment was very quiet, clean, well equiped and what was even more important ...warm:.coming from South Africa let us feel the temperature difference. The variety of lovely places to eat just around the corner was amazing. With the free maps we walked a lot and visited the most interesting and beautiful places.There is a wide choice in tours in and around the city but in some you had less space than in the plane. In general Prague could be more help full for visitors to find their way, f.e. after standing in line for a while to get into the Vitis cathedral we discovered that you needed a ticket to be able to see more but the tickets were sold elsewhere; you can not visit the chapel in Karlstein is you do not booked a time, well in advance on the internet... Suggestions: make a hand rail for the steps in the entrance hall , I saw several elderly people struggle with their balance on these stairs. I enjoyed my stay in Karlova. You have all the shopping and tourist facilities closeby. The staff of Prague city apartments were very courteous, co-operative, prompt and the airport pick up and drop very good. I have stayed in many apartments in Europe. Group holiday Beautiful apartment! Very nice quite area and a very short walk into Old Town. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Cleaned everyday which was a nice thing. Friendly helpful office staff that we're never too busy to help. Overall I would recommend and use this company again. So nice having a space to use and not have to sit in hotel rooms or bars. Only negative was a safe that wouldn't work and a cupboard door in the master bedroom that would sat shut. Both minor issues and easily rectified I'm sure.

Incredible Apartment! From the moment we walked through the front door at 11pm, with our baby in tow, we were made to feel welcome by the incredibly warm and responsive reception staff (particularly Martin who checked us in). We were guided through a magnificent entrance and staircase to the most gorgeous and spacious apartment, with seperate bedroom, living room, and kitchen/dining room. The views were lovely, the rooms were quiet, warm and tastefully decorated, and the furniture very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. It felt as though we were staying in someone's home. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone staying in Prague. They are fantastic value for money and we would definitely stay again.
