Great Studio Apartment in Ideal Location A spacious studio apartment with basic furnishings. Clean and well-maintained. Bathroom quite modern, though not enough soap or toliet paper provided. The management company is only a phone call away and very helpful (e.g., arranging for taxis; dealing with any issue that arose). While there is an elevator, one needs to climb 13 steep stairs from the entry to reach it. These are difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment location is perfect--only a 5-minute walk to the Town Square. Lots of good restaurants close by. Free Internet in the apartment for those who bring a computer; one computer for general use provided between the 5th &6th floors, along with a phone for local calls.

Anniversary Trip, two adults. Positives? The apartment is nice, rooms are large, storage is massive. Elegant windows in the central space and a little balcony off the bedroom open out to a gorgeous view. Apartment location is good, only 5 minute walk from the main square plus there are great bars and restaurants in the immediate blocks north and west of the apartment. The bed is a queen, very firm with lots of pillows, could use an extra blanket in the room and I am sure if you found the phone and asked, we could have gotten one delivered. The bath set up is a little odd (have to get pass the washer to get to the bidet and toilet but the washer was great. There is also a clothes dryer to hang your clothes and an iron and ironing board if you need it. We had been traveling the week prior so getting to wash our clothes in a real washer was an extra bonus. All in all pretty nice place to stay. Negatives? It was not a pleasant experience getting to the office from the train. Prague City Apts

Our week in Prague We were very happy with the apartment and would return and definitely recommend them. The staff helped with concierge services so you do not miss anything by not staying in a hotel. Only issue - We were warned by staff that cleaning is between 11am and 4pm but when you go out for a few hours and return in afternoon it is disappointing if the cleaner has not been in. I do not want the negative summary published it is only for the management. thank you for your efficient services and communication. Roz MacAllan

PositiveFrom complimentary pickup all went well, spacious apartment, good position, and nice staff to deal with.

NegativeCleaner on 4 days out of 5 did not clean until end of day so when we came back in we felt we would be disturbed- cleaning from 11am to 4pm and she came in at 3.30pm, would prefer earlier next time
