Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

At Brehova because booking LOST for Liliova! It would have been perfect holidays if my booking (done and paid for 1 month in advance) hadn't been lost. I had booked for 5 nights at Residence Liliova, on arrival in the evening at the Residence they didn't have my booking, but could keep us there for the night. The following morning we had to repack our suitcases, change for Residence Brehova, 10-15mns walk further away and unpack again! Which meant stress on arrival, a lost morning, and 20-30 mns longer walks every day during our stay. Residence Brehova was very nice and much bigger, but to be honest we really didn't need so much space and I would have been much happier with my original booking. And attention to details was missing: the girl who accompanied us when we changed location was supposed to come back to me regarding some questions but never did, in the kitchen, the gas-hob was broken, there was no sugar, no oil, no washing powder in the laundry-room. Maybe a service of renting dvds would be good to set in place as we found no English

First visit to Prague The staff was excellent. We needed help with the cable TV and a staffer came over immediately and fixed the problem. The last day we needed help getting airline boarding passes and a staffer at your office got it all done for us. We certainly will recommend you to any friend visiting your city!

The apartment was very nice with the roof terrace. We enjoyed the stay. The only thing we found to complain about was the kitchen equipment regarding frying pans. There was only one small frying pan for four persons, it is not enough. Also the floors were not properly cleaned, our feet were black just from walking across the floor once. Otherwise we loved the apartment, and I am sure we will return.

Honeymoon was a dream come true When we head back to Prague (and we will) we will be staying with Prague City Apartments. The location we had was perfect for our trip. As it was our honeymoon we wanted something central and small with a kitchen, WIFI and Laundry. It was perfect. We also know that if we travel back with a family or friends that Prague City Apartments will be able to take of our needs. Thanks again for everything, Garth and Christiane

Nicely-renovated apartments in Central Prague On the plus side, the beautifully renovated executive apartments at Residence Karolina are fully equipped (kitchens have everything from cutlery to tea pots to glassware; bathroom has a modern washer/dryer), and have wonderful high ceilings and snazzy furniture. On the negative side, despite paying for an extra bed which was included in black-and-white on the reservation, housekeeping failed to provide the bed, which led to late-night antics as the front desk staff ran around at 11pm trying to filch bedding from other apartments and make up a temporary sofa bed. Housekeeping made other mistakes: turning on at 5pm a fully-cleaned, dry set of dishes I was hoping to put away upon my return to the room; not replacing an obviously empty roll of kitchen towels. Take care also to arrange for taxi pick-up and drop-offs well in advance by e-mail: I was initially told by the concierge that the pick-ups were included in the cost of my room (they weren't); then found out that requesting a taxi eight hours in advance
