Dear Simona, Our stay in Prague and at your apartment was most enjoyable. Your assistance with a driver to pick us up and the airport and take us to the train station was both helpful and very efficient as was our check in to the apartment . The apartment was in a great location, very spacious, warm, comfortable, clean and the equipment was all we needed. The only difficulty we had which was no reflection on your company or the apartment was the neighbours playing loud music until 3am during the first two nights of our stay. Liked the style apartments. I liked the location. Did not like room service, a very dirty carpet on the floor. 9 days only one change of bed linen, this is not enough. Return transfer failed to report his arrival to the entrance. It was a pleasure that our arrival was dressed Christmas tree. Thank you for your New Year's gift.

New Year in Prague We were vey happy in general in Masna, althougth wi-fi is not very good, there were not a lot of things to cook, and there was not a carpet in the hall to clean our shoes from snow. We had a problem with electricity and we were moved to other appartment (liliova) which is from a partner. In Liliova it was very different, no daily cleanliness, no phone to comunicate to anyone, no dish rack. If we had to repeat a visit to Prague I would go to Masna but not to Liliova, I think that Liliova doesn't worth a 5 star, it has not characters and quality for that. It's true that furniture are more confortable and modern but Masna was cozier and it has daily cleanliness for example.
