Gorgeous apartment in an amazing location, just two minutes from Old Town Square. Our 9-year-old daughter said the first night, "I feel like a princess staying here!" We could walk to absolutely everywhere in the city that we wanted to go. Emails were always answered promptly, both before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out procedures were very convenient, and the driver meeting us at the train station made everything easier.

lovely apartment in dream city Prague We have stayed in Residence Karolina, one bedroomed apartment for a week in June. We absolutely loved Prague (despite the light rain almost every day) Everything went smoothly from the moment we landed, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, complimentary service from Prague City apartments. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful and kind enough to recommend places to eat. The apartment has got high ceilings, is very spacious and well equipped. It was kept reasonably clean every day. I had a couple of recommendations for future guests after a first day greeting from the manager asking if everything was alright. I was very surprised to find one of the staff at the door in less than an hour with salt and pepper mill in hand and a variety of pillows the following day. I must also mention the central location of the apartment, we almost walked everywhere, just took the tram a couple of times. Exceeded all expectations! I booked a two bedroom apartment through booking.com. Before my arrival, I was notified that the apartment was overbooked but they have arranged me for a near by luxury apartment with three bedroom. Upon my arrival, I met with a very friendly and helpful staff who showed me the apartment. It exceeded my expectation. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and it is in a convenient and safe location within 5 minutes walk to the square and all the luxury shops. The apartment is equipped with all living tools and fast wifi. We had a great stay in Prague and this played a big part!

Great apartment in centre of Prague We stayed for 3 nights at the Karolina Residence in June. This was the nicest apartment we had stayed in while in Europe. The location was fabulous, a 5 minute walk to the bridge, old town and numerous other attractions. Communication with the property management was prompt and efficient. The apartment was very nicely decorated and was very spacious. Front reception staff were extremely helpful and arranged for all our transfers from train station and airport. I would consider this to be an upscale apartment for travellers and would highly recommend it.
