recomendable Reserve apartamento 503 y 48h antes de la llegada me comunicaron que los ocupantes de dicho apartamente alargaban su estancia y me cambiaban al 204 ( apartamento en piso bajo, sin terraza y de categoria inferior) Dado que mostré mi no conformidad mostraron gran interés en compensarme ( descuento sobre precio del apartamento de categoria superior, translado gratuito al aeropuerto, salida tardia) pero no me pareció satisfactorio dado que no me proporcionaron apartamento de las caracteristicas que yo habia reservado Muy buen servicio de atención y translado al aeropuerto

Great, except for the noise from nearby bars Our stay would have been perfect had it not been for the number of nights when the loud vibrations from the Harley's Bar kept us awake most of the night. Your services are more than satisfactory. If there was some way to eliminate the noise problem, it would be our perfect "home away from home."

Excellent location, great self-catering accommodation The apartment is in perfect location within walking distance from most of what you want to see in Prague, and close to many restaurants, supermarket, trains and other transport. Despite its central location it is very quiet. The apartment is modern, very secure, clean and equipped with everything one expects for a self-catering stay - and serviced every day. Staff were very professional, outstandingly helpful and responded quickly to all requests - during the booking process and during my stay in Prague. Staying at Masna really contributed positively to the great 7 days I spent in Prague, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for apartments in the Old Town.
